Tip: When Barbecue Season is Here

Before you start grilling it is a good idea to clean your barbeque first. To help loosen any baked on grease or food remnants you can soak the rack in a solution of hot water and baking soda for a few hours, also do not forget to pull out the trays beneath the grill. If you have a gas barbeque that has not been used for an extended period you will want to clean the jets to get rid of any build up of debris as a clog will prevent your barbeque from lighting. It is a good idea to consult your owner’s manual for further instructions.
